    On July 25th 2022, the Governor of Chiba Prefecture (Toshihito Kumagai) formally approved the establishment plan for Rugby School Japan (RSJ), the first ever British boarding school in the Greater Tokyo area.

    Planning to open in September 2023, Rugby School Japan will be the first British boarding and day school in Greater Tokyo, and Rugby’s second international sister school (Rugby School Thailand opened in 2017).
